Ref: https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html
Please provide all electronic records [emails, texts, meeting minutes and agendas] exchanged between any and all employee(s) of the Town of Kernersville, NC [email domain toknc.com] and any and all employee(s) of the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School District [email domain wsfcs.k12.nc.us]. During the specific time period of 01/01/2019 – Present (date the query is performed).
Specifically – I am only requesting those records which pertain to school population/staffing impacts in relation to the Town of Kernersville K-793 Rezoning Request.
** Please provide the files in a .PDF format so that they can easily be opened / viewed.
Please provide any .pdfs, other files, attachments, videos, hyperlinks, etc. that are indicated or referenced within the responsive records. For example: A .pdf that is an attachment within an email, should also be provided as a file along with the responsive emails. Or, a link should be provided so that the file can be opened.
If the records are ultimately too large to send via emailed file share, I’d ask that you please create a public Google Drive folder / link or some other file format to transfer the files electronically.
** I understand that due to the volume of this request, it could take some time to process. If possible, please provide an estimated timeline for completion. If you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC public records law. **
