I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law

Ideally, I’d like to receive the responsive records in an Excel format, if possible.

Rutherford County, NC / Kim Aldridge has fulfilled this exact same request for salary info for me multiple times — In May 2021, May 2022, and September 2022. In all cases, there has never been any fees for these records. The type of salary info I’ve requested (Employee, Title, Salary, Hire Date) is simple to provide. It is widely regarded and consistently produced as a public record as part of the public personnel file of government employees. Many entities around the state have fulfilled a request like mine via email in 1 week, or in many cases 1 day.
I just want to reiterate these notes from my original request:
