I’d like to make a public records request for the following information

I could not locate email contacts on your website for “Woodfin Water
District Board” or Trustees, or Sarah Gassaway, or anyone else to email
directly. This is why I’ve used your general “Contact Us” form to submit

This request is related to the Minutes of Woodfin, NC Water District’s Board
Meeting (this is a stand alone water district, not sanitary sewer and not
part of MSD) with publicly elected Trustees. This board has stated publicly
that until February 2023, all Trustee meetings were recorded by Dr. Joe
Martin, then Executive Director of the District. A summary of minutes is then
put on the website www.woodfinwater.com.
Please provide the video and/or audio recording [whichever is applicable] of
the Woodfin Water District’s Board of Trustees meeting from September 19,
2022. There is an unexplained difference between what actually occurred at
the September meeting, and what is on the website.
** Please Note: I am simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic
record, if one exists. I am NOT asking to come in person to inspect this
electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be
provided to me via an electronic medium / format (in which the copy of this
record should already exist).
I do not have any additional or further clarifying info I wish to provide to
narrow this request, other than what you see in the message above. If it is
unclear, or you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request,
please specifically cite where a reason for its denial is justified under NC
Public Records Law.**
