    Good Morning,

The specific GPS platform that was utilized during the time period which you requested records for was Networkfleet. To the best of our knowledge, the 7 day retention period was set by the vendor was not adjustable on our end.

    Thank you,

    Kristin

    Good afternoon Kristin,

I’m following up on my previous message on 03/05.

Can you please clarify what the name of the specific “GPS platform” is that’s been used?

Additionally — can you please specify whether the 7 day retention period is something that you can control and can modify? Or, is it a “requirement” / “limitation” of the GPS platform that you use?

    Thank you!

    Good Morning,
Thank you for your inquiry. The GPS platform that was utilized during the requested time period retained information for a period of 7 days. After that time period, the system purged the GPS records. Because of that, we do not have records to send to you. Your request will now be considered closed.

    Thank you,
    Kristin
