Good evening New Hanover County ABC Board, Kathy, (or Custodian(s) of these records),

Please reply promptly to the following public records request, which I’m making in accordance with NC Public Records Law. https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html

** I’m simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I’m NOT asking for the opportunity to come in person to "inspect", nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via the electronic medium / electronic format (in which the copy of this record already exists). If you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law. **

Please provide the hourly rate of pay (or salaries) for ALL current New Hanover County, NC ABC Store employees, as well as ALL New Hanover County, NC ABC Board Members, as of the present day [on the date the query is performed].

In particular, I'd like to know the current salary or rate of pay (please include hourly rate of pay / wage, or salary / yearly amount -- whichever payment structure applies) for each person.

    I have updated the pdf to include hire dates for everyone. The reason the first report didn’t have hire dates for everyone is because of the way our software keeps track. These employees are either part-time or hired full-time and never were part-time. Only employees that start part-time and transition to full-time have the hire date initially on the report. If you need anything else please let me know.
