** I’m simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I’m NOT asking for the opportunity to come in person to "inspect", nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via the electronic medium / electronic format (in which the copy of this record already exists). If you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law. **
This request is related to National Incident Management System [NIMS] required Incident Command System [ICS] training.
Please provide proof (as required for NIMS) of Federal Emergency Management Agency [FEMA] compliance for ALL Rutherford County, NC Sheriff and Office of the Sheriff Department employees and deputies, in all Divisions and Departments under the purview of the Sheriff. I believe that ICS levels 100, 200, 300, 400, 700, and 800 training requirements vary based on leadership level, so the appropriate rank structure should provide the corresponding certification.
All the responsive records requested should include the specific time period of December 07, 2022 through March 16, 2024.
