Please reply promptly to the following public records request, which I’m making in accordance with NC Public Records Law. https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html
Please provide the names and salaries of all current employees at Pamlico Community College as of the present day [on the date the query is performed]. I consider the term “employee” to apply to any full or part time employees, faculty, staff, board members, president, etc. Please include the following:
1) First / Last name
2) Position / Title / Department
3) Date of hire
4) Salary [include hourly wage, hourly rate, or annual salary -- whichever payment structure is applicable to the employee]
Ideally, I’d like to receive this info in an Excel, PDF, or other machine-readable format. However, I’ll accept the records in any electronic medium in which you’re capable of producing them.
** I’m simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I’m NOT asking for the opportunity to come in person to “inspect”, nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’ve been working to compile a list of the DOH and rate of pay for the adjunct employees in March. It’s taking me some time to get it together, as most of these employees are paid by course and not per hour.

My apologies again for my delayed responses.
Yes — it would be sufficient to provide a list of adjuncts working during the month of March. Please include name, date of hire, position / title / department.
However, I’m still not clear whether you’re saying it “isn’t possible” to provide their pay. I do understand if they’re not salaried, but they surely have an hourly rate or other rate of pay that can be provided. Most entities are able to provide that data point.
If you’re unable to provide pay info for these employees, please cite the reason.
