Please reply promptly to the following public records request, which I’m making in accordance with NC Public Records Law. https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html
This request relates to “Massage Therapy Services provided to employees of the Rutherford County, NC Sheriff’s Office”. I am not asking to receive any personally identifying or confidential information about employees. If that type of info happens to be contained in the responsive records, I understand that it will need to be redacted.
If such records exist. Please provide the electronic copies of the following:
1. Copy of all contracts, agreements, or memoranda of understanding with massage therapists or massage therapy providers. From January 01, 2021 through December 31, 2025.
2. Copy of all invoices, billing statements, or payment records related to massage therapy services provided to Sheriff’s Office personnel. From January 01, 2021 through December 31, 2025.
** I’m simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I’m NOT asking for the opportunity to come in person to “inspect”, nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via the electronic medium / electronic format (in which the copy of this record already exists). If you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law. **
