Hello Buncombe County, NC Government,
I’d like to make a public records request for the following information. The responsive records should include the timeline 03/10/20 - 05/01/20:
Please provide any written or electronic correspondence to and from local businesses (wherein Buncombe County was a party to the communication) regarding the COVID-19 response and restrictions, between the dates of March 10 and May 1 (inclusive). This does not include correspondence with partner non-profit agencies participating in local support efforts. I request to see only those companies discussing restrictions and the ability to operate.

We are unable to comply with this request as we cannot parse out “only those companies discussing restrictions and the ability to operate” without more specific search terms (e.g. business names). I encourage this requestor to reach out directly or narrow their search terms.
