Hi [City of Asheville, NC government] [Buncombe County, NC Government],

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information:

What businesses have received loans from the One Buncombe fund? How much? What is the racial demographic breakdown? Please provide the most responsive results during the time period of 04/01/20 - 04/28/20.

    Hello Sunshine, apologies for the delayed response on this and we appreciate your patience. The Buncombe County Service Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, serves as fiduciary for all One Buncombe Fund donations. The Buncombe County Service Foundation supplied funds to Mountain BizWorks to facilitate the loans. Mountain BizWorks would be the holder of the information requested, however, client specific information is confidential as between lender and borrower.

     

    The One Buncombe website does however offer a great deal of aggregated impact data here. Thanks,
