  I submitted the following public records request to the County via your Next Request records portal on May 29 at 3:57pm:

  The type of basic salary data I requested is very simple to provide. Most NC entities fulfill requests like this in 1 week, or in 1 day.

   

  I can see that the request was “Assigned” to the Human Resources Department on June 03. I have followed up about this via the portal on June 09, and again on June 19. I have not received any response since May 29th.

   

  Please provide an anticipated date for the completion of my request.

  The type of basic salary data I’m requesting is simple to provide, is very commonly produced, and is widely considered a matter of public record as part of the public personnel file of employees. Many NC entities fulfill requests like this via email in 1 week, and in many cases 1 day. You’ve also fulfilled this request for me before.

   

  Please provide the names and salaries of all current Guilford County, NC employees (to include all full-time, part-time, employees and elected officials) as of the present day [on the date the query is performed]. Please include the following:

   

  1) Employee first / last name

  2) Date of hire

  3) Position / title / department

  4) Annual salary [please include hourly wage, hourly rate, monthly wage, or annual salary — whichever payment structure is applicable to the employee]

   

  Ideally, I’d like to receive the responsive records in an Excel or other machine-readable format, if possible. If any / all of this info is already publicly available online, please provide a link to where it can be accessed.
