Please reply promptly to the following public records request, which I’m making in accordance with NC Public Records Law. https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html
Please provide the electronic copy of all “closed session meeting minutes” of the Jackson County Board of Commissioners during the time period of January 01, 2023 through May 01, 2025. Specifically – any of those minutes that are no longer sealed, or are otherwise determined to be eligible for public release, where the release of such minutes would not frustrate the purpose of the original closed session discussion.
If available, please include any resolutions or documentation showing the Board’s decision to unseal or release those records, as well as the dates on which the unsealing occurred.
If any / all of this info is already publicly available online, please provide a link to where it can be accessed.

I’m NOT asking for the opportunity to come in person to "inspect", nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via the electronic medium / electronic format (in which the copy of this record already exists).
