MHO Eagle/Market Project

Hello City of Asheville,
I would like to have a final accounting of MHO's Eagle/Market Project. What was the final project cost? Cost per housing unit? Land cost? How much did the City of Asheville contribute? How much did Buncombe county contribute? Will the 32 affordable units be affordable in perpetuity? - if not, what is timeframe? What are rent ranges for remaining 30 units? - and do tenants for those units have to meet any income guidelines? How much did MHO receive for its work on this project (management fees, developer fees, etc.)?
