I forwarded this email to HR Director Sheila Cozart. She informed me that she just received the job description from the consultant that completed the compensation study (all of our job descriptions were reviewed and updated if needed during the study). She is in the process of conducting a final review to ensure its accuracy and then will forward the job description to me for response to this request.
