(November 2019) Request related to Biltmore building permits in Buncombe County, NC as of 11/30/19

Hello Buncombe County, NC Government,

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information:

I believe that the Biltmore Estate built a bridge across the French Broad River to access their property on the west side. I'd like to know what state department approved the permits. Please also include the date the permits were approved and the the name of the builder of the bridge.

The results of the requested information should be responsive from Nov. 12, 2019 - Nov. 30, 2019.
