Good afternoon Jim,
If possible, we would greatly appreciate it if you could please send the requested records in a digital format, as we do not need printed copies of the documents.
Under NC Public Records Law you should be able to provide the records in a digital format such as Google Drive link / file, Dropbox, email, etc. If that is not possible for some reason, please let us know.
Additionally – we would typically be happy to receive the files via flash drive in the mail (if that’s what is necessary). However, our team is not going to the PO Box right now due to the COVID-19 pandemic. If sending a flashdrive to the PO Box is what is necessary, please let us know and we’ll be happy to provide our contact information at that time. It just may be awhile before we can go pick up the package.
