(November 2021) Request for Transylvania County, NC Tourism Development Authority: TDA Meeting recordings 01/01/2021 – Present Day

Hello Transylvania County, NC Tourism Development Authority (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law:

Please provide recordings of all Transylvania County Tourism / Transylvania County Tourism Development Authority meetings held from 01/01/21 to Present Day (date the query is performed).

In reviewing the TDA’s website, I believe that they have been meeting via Zoom. However, I cannot find where any meeting videos have been posted on the website. I would like to be able to access and review these recordings of the meetings.

If this information is already publicly available online someplace, please provide me with a link to that information / website for the videos.

The TCTDA Board of Directors has been meeting via zoom since last spring due to the pandemic. We do not have audio/video recordings of our meetings. Minutes from those meetings can be found here. In an effort to provide as much information as possible, I have attached the advance packets for each meeting for the time period referenced in the request. Let me know if any questions.
