Hello Buncombe County, NC gov.,

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information:

Are developers allowed to use taxpayer property for their septic system when their property will not perk? Specifically, I’m interested in the Upper Brush Creek area of Fairview, NC.

Please provide any responsive info. that is current as of 10/25/19.
