Hello Buncombe County, NC Sheriff's Office (Records Officer),
I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law:

Please provide the “daily inmate population” at the Buncombe County Detention Facility for federal inmates, state inmates, and other county or state inmates, for the years of 2018 - 2022 (as of the present day).
** If you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law. **

In that case, however, the request asked for “... the average daily Jail population at the Buncombe County Jail for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022”.
The new request above specifies that the info should now relate to the “total daily population” and particularly for “federal, state, and other county or state inmates” 2018 - 2022. If it’s possible to break down the information in that way.
