** I’m simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I’m NOT asking for the opportunity to come in person to "inspect", nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via the electronic medium / electronic format (in which the copy of this record should already exist). I do not have any further clarifying info I wish to provide to narrow this request. If the request is unclear, or if you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law.**
This request is related to keyword-specific emails sent between the NC Disability Determination Services Human Resources Manager(s) and points of contact, and the Division of Disability Determination Services Director. I believe they are employees of the State of NC, however are federally funded through the Social Security Administration and thus have federal ssa.gov e-mail addresses.
I am NOT asking to receive confidential medical, or other personally identifying info about patients [such as name, address, case #, etc].
Please provide all emails sent between Jacqueline Russell to and from Greg Chavez and John Charchar. During the time period of 10/01/2022 through 10/26/2023 or the present day (on the date the query is performed).
