2. All onsite food service vendor contracts in place which were arranged without a formal RFP.

With Google platform on our end, even some pretty small zip files will bump over into the receiver having to open them via a Google drive folder and I’ve found that this can be problematic for some recipients. However, to your point, I probably could have broken it down into several zip files that were small enough not to require the Google drive and reduce the number of emails. I’ll keep that in mind going forward.

I appreciate your efforts to not exceed the attachment size limitations that sometimes occur via email. I would just like to note for the future, I do think those files are small enough they could be zipped and sent to a requester in 1 email.
