(October 2025) Request for Buncombe County, NC Tourism Development Authority [BCTDA]: Records related to the TPDF application process 01/01/25 – 10/10/25.

Please reply promptly to the following public records request, which I’m making in accordance with NC Public Records Law. https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html
Please provide the electronic copies of the following public records related to the Tourism Product Development Fund (TPDF) [administered by the Buncombe County Tourism Development Authority (BCTDA)].
1. All grant applications that were submitted to the TPDF program. From January 01, 2025 through October 10, 2025.
2. All scoring sheets, evaluation criteria, and reviewer comments used to assess those applications. From January 01, 2025 through October 10, 2025.
3. All meeting minutes and notes created from any TPDF committee or board discussions regarding the selection or rejection of TPDF applicants. From January 01, 2025 through October 10, 2025.
Please provide the responsive records in a machine-readable format. If any / all of this info is already publicly available online, please provide a link to where it can be accessed.
** I’m simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I’m NOT asking for the opportunity to come in person to “inspect”, nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via the electronic medium / electronic format (in which the copy of this record already exists).
