SUBJECT:
(October 2025) Request for UNC Greensboro: List of all “part-time” employees and pay 09/01/25 - 09/30/25.
MESSAGE:
Please provide the names and salaries of all UNC-Greensboro “part-time” employees / faculty / staff who were employed at any point during the month of September 2025. This request is not specific to "current part-time employees" who happen to have been working in September. I'm looking for a list of all people employed at any point in September, even if they’re no longer employed. Please include the following:
1) Employee first / last name
2) Date of hire
3) Position / Title / Department
4) Salary [including hourly wage, hourly rate, or annual salary -- whichever payment structure is applicable to the employee]
If for some reason it isn’t possible to query the data in the manner requested (during a specific date range in the past), then please explain this reasoning. In that case, it will be sufficient if you provide the data “as of the present day” [on the date the query is performed].
Ideally, I’d like to receive the responsive records in a CSV, PDF, Excel, or other machine-readable format. If any / all of this info is already publicly available online, please provide a link to where it can be accessed.
** I’m simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I’m NOT asking for the opportunity to come in person to “inspect”, nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via the electronic medium / electronic format (in which the copy of this record already exists). If you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law. **

My apologies for the delay.
Thank you for providing the explanations above, and Sharepoint file on 11/21.
When I originally downloaded the file, I somehow managed to exclude one of the tabs. I’ve just now been able to fix this error by downloading both tabs from the spreadsheet as individual files.
I’ve now reviewed the data, and later today will mark the request as “Completed” on our website.
