Panhandling / Solicitation calls for service, citations

Greetings,

I would like to receive all publicly available information on Asheville Police Department's issuance of panhandling and solicitation ordinance violations, as well as warnings issued, (City ordinance 11-5 and 11-14), including call notes, locations, time and date, which law enforcement officer issued the citation or responded to the call, and if any other citations were issued at the same time, including but not limited to 2nd degree trespassing and public intoxication. along with any other data that is included in the record.
