Please provide a list of all county procurement card holders for the period of July 1, 2015 through November 5, 2017. Include the monthly limit and actual charges made on each card.

    The one I know of is EMS Director VeHaun in case of emergency. Do not know a limit.

    Hi Michael,

    I understand – Thank you for the report!

    You mentioned there are “only a few exceptions” to “the daily limits for cardholders“… “set at $5,000 with a monthly total of $10,000.”

    As a follow up I would like to ask – Can you please provide a list of who the exceptions to the limits are, and what those limits are if that information is available?

    Good afternoon –

    This email is in response to records request of Nov. 14.

    Attached is the list of current active cardholders.

    We do not have a report that generates all cardholders over a period of time. Also, requesting all card activity through that period of time is something we do not use nor have a report on.

    We also do not have a report that lists credit limits. However, with only a few exceptions the daily limits for cardholders are set at $5,000 with a monthly total of $10,000.
