Public housing tenants manual; What are all the rules?

Please provide a copy of the Asheville Housing Authority’s Public Housing Tenants Manual. If possible, please provide in a machine readable format like a PDF.

Dear Sunshine Request:
I have finally been able to determine that the Asheville Housing Authority is not a City of Asheville agency. The City’s only connection is that the Mayor appoints the board. Therefore, the City has no records responsive to this request.

I have received your public record request for the Asheville Housing Authority’s Public Housing Tenants Manual. I have looked on the AHA’s website and found a page, here, that has the policies of the AHA at the bottom of the page. The HACA Admin. Plan 7-26-2017 has tenant responsibilities included in different places throughout. There is also a Smoke-Free-Policy, Effective July 1, 2018 and a Trespass Policy. I will also forward your request to the appropriate record custodian(s) to see if there are any other records responsive to your request. I will forward you any other responsive records.
