Please produce records of all City of Asheville purchase cards / credit cards issued to Cathy Ball and Peggy Rowe. I request that this include the their entire history from January 1, 2015 to the date the query is fulfilled. Beyond the mere monthly records, please include any associated paper work, such as supervisor sign offs and explanations of “business lunches” and other food related expenses. If possible, please provide this info. in a machine readable format.
