City of Asheville staff,

Thank you for your hard work.

This is a public records request from Asheville on Bikes for copies of any public comments submitted about the Charlotte Street road diet plan during 2018. This request includes, but is not limited to: emails, notes, letters, or correspondence sent to City staff or council members to express an opinion about the project. We would like to see any of these documents from Jan 1, 2018 through Nov 15, 2018.

This request is not made for commercial purposes. If possible, please provide this information in a suitable digital format, like .doc, .csv, or pdf. Thank you for your consideration of our request.

    We are clear that this request is still in the email queue, but in the sake of us sticking to a follow up schedule on these requests we just wanted to check in again! Would there be anyway you could provide us with an estimated timeline of weeks/days that it could possibly take to complete this request?
