Request for Catawba Co. NC Child welfare police department requirements
I'm searching for officer / trooper requirements for Catawba County NC when a minor child must be taken into in the care of protective services and receiving non Secure custody order.

This does not appear to be a public records request, but rather a question about statutes as the requirements regarding secure/non-secure custody orders are statutory and not policies of individual agencies. First, I would like to let you know that Chase Winebarger is not affiliated with Catawba County or Catawba County Social Services. The Town of Catawba is a separate entity.
Also, for law enforcement requirements, we do not have access to the policies or protocols for law enforcement agencies within Catawba County. This information may need to be obtained from the different agencies within Catawba County or from the Catawba County Sheriff’s office.
