Attached you will find a spreadsheet detailing the City of Brevard current employees with the information requested.
The only benefit information on the spreadsheet is for benefits that are unique to the position and/or classification of positions. Other benefit information is listed below.
ALL employee benefits include:
· Access to the Employee Wellness Center
· Employee Assistance Network
· City Longevity/Bonus Pay in accordance with the Personnel Policy
· Access to Fitness Center/Trainer
· Employee appreciation events
· Free Access to Franklin Pool
· Eligible to participate in the 457 deferred compensation retirement savings plan
All regular full-time and part-time employees (>20 hours per week) have the benefits listed above plus:
· Participate as contributing members of the NC Local Government Employees Retirement System
· Death Benefit offered through the NC Local Government Employees Retirement System
· Are eligible for leave accruals (sick, vacation, holiday) in accordance with the Personnel Policy
· Eligible to participate in the 401k deferred compensation retirement savings plan

The salaries and benefits will not be updated in our system and reflected on our payroll checks until July 25th. Also, our Human Resources Director is out on medical leave, therefore, I would estimate this information being available to you by the end of July.
