However, the Message of the request says “Request all emails from Rockingham County Register of Deeds Ben Curtis. Request for time frame of Jan 2018 to Feb 2019.” The user has also filled out an admin field listing the timeline for the request to include Nov. 6, 2018 – Feb. 27, 2019.
