  Happy Monday!

  A new request came in over the weekend via www.sunshinerequest.com which is a clarification for information related to the reclassification w/o transfer’ action code.

  This request will be treated as part of the same request for Original Subject: “Salary Increase and Promotions”.

  Here are the details:

  New Subject: “Request for clarification – Reclassification (w/o transfer, w/ salary adj)”

  Message: “Reviewing ‘Salary Increases and Promotions’ and would like clarification of methodology used to apply wage changes with the action code ‘Reclassification (w/o transfer, w/ salary adj)’

  Other wage increases seem consistent (6-month 4.5% increase, promotions, etc), but increases under this action code seem to vary widely.

  Information on how rates of increase are derived would be helpful, thank you.”

  **Please note that the requester has also indicated on through a form on our site that the timeline for the information specific should be relevant for May 01, 2017 – Nov. 06, 2017.

  Message: “I would like to respectfully request information for Buncombe County Employees who received salary increases and promotions since May 01, 2017 to current. Please provide name, department, job title (before and after), salary (before and after) reason for increase in salary such as probationary increase, promotion, etc.

  Please provide in an excel format.”
