1. As it was originally written, the request is unclear and does not specify any names or addresses associated with the alleged incident, of which the request is about. Additionally, the request is too broad for us to fulfill: Request messages need to be more specific than asking to know “charges against the persons who were seen”. Requests to our site should be for a specific type of information, date range, name (if applicable), and entity. Especially in the case of communications or court type records, the requests need more specificity.
2. Please note that Sunshine Request also does not fulfill requests for police reports, calls for service, or criminal / arrest type records for a single individual, incident, or address.
