Please provide the names of all defendants and dates of arrest for all Driving While Impaired arrests by the City of Asheville Police Department or any other law enforcement agency within a 5-mile radius of the Wedge Brewing Company, 37 Paynes Way, Asheville, North Carolina, 28801, from 2012 to present.

Please provide where in the North Carolina Bar Association Model Rules for Professional Conduct for district attorneys it allows sitting district attorneys to maintain controlling interests in an operating brewery within their prosecutorial jurisdiction.
