As it is written, the request is too broad for us to fulfill – Request messages need to be more specific than asking for “all records … related to the process of revising the city noise ordinance.” Requests to our site should be for a specific type of information, date range, and entity (State / City / County).
In this instance, if the sender would like to revise and resubmit the request, please clearly indicate what is meant by “all records”. For example, “I would like to receive all emails between X and X persons in AVL City Government discussing X topic”, “I would like to receive all City Council meeting documents,” etc. Please specify what types of records / details you’d like to receive.
