[See Editor’s Note](December 2019) Follow up request related to Oct. 2019 Buncombe County employee parking access info

Hello Buncombe County, NC Government,

I’d like to make a public records request for the following information:

Recently, the results of a now Completed request (at https://www.sunshinerequest.com/records_request/october-2019-request-for-buncombe-county-employee-parking-access-info/) confirmed that non-county employees/personnel were apparently given access to employee only parking lots.

The County did not answer question #4 of the request, which I believe would have responsive records:

Specifically, “4. Please provide a list of all non-county employees who currently, or have in the last 12 months (10/04/18 - 10/04/19), had access or been issued a pass card which would grant access to Buncombe County Employee only lots.”

Since these access cards require computer programming, there are records maintained by Buncombe County of who has access cards which would allow parking in restricted lots. I respectfully request that Buncombe County re-open the original request, and that they now provide any and all records related to the following:

“Please provide a list of all non-county persons who currently, or have in the last 14 months (10/04/18 - 12/07/19, had access or been issued a pass card which would grant access to Buncombe County Employee only lots.”
