As originally written, the request is a bit broad / vague and it is unclear what specific public records the sender hopes to receive, and to what entity the request should be addressed. Is this one request, or multiple requests, to different entities?

We have attempted to break the submission out into two requests (below), hopefully clarifying a bit what info the sender would like to receive.

However, we’d ask that the sender please review this info, and then resubmit one request (or multiple new requests), that each clearly indicate a specific request Message, and Subject, and indicate that it is intended for “X Government entity” specifically, rather than sending one message combining multiple requests intended for multiple entities.

Please specify what is being requested, and the name of the specific organization they’re requesting correspondences about – that would be helpful, and this will also narrow the scope of the request!

Additionally, please clarify what is meant by “elected officials”, and if there is a specific list of officials you’d like to receive correspondences to/from. Should this request be sent to Jackson County Gov. specifically? Or, is there some other entity to whom the request should be addressed? Please include this specific info in the request, as it will help to clarify the scope for our team as well as any Government entities.
