As originally written, the request is a bit broad / vague and it is unclear what specific public records the sender hopes to receive. Is this one request, or several different requests?
It is important that what you are requesting is specific and reasonable, and is an actionable records request. Please specify the exact records you’d like to receive, rather than any “possible” or “potential” info that could be searched. Remember that the larger your request, the more time it usually takes to fulfill. Specificity will often help reduce the amount of time needed to process the request.
It is also important that a request has a clearly written and complete Subject and Message. If applicable, please also include any responsive timelines for the info that should be requested. This will also narrow the scope of the request.
We’d also ask that the sender please clarifies in their next request, what specific type of records should be searched where you’ve indicated “all documents related to audit for fiscal year ended in June 2020 as well as all auditor reports and documents for fiscal years ending in June of the following years: 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, and 2011.” This is quite broad and needs clarification.
