Hello [City of Asheville NC, Government] [and Asheville City Schools],

I’d like to make a public records request for the following information:

1. Please provide all incoming calls, outgoing calls, and missed calls on a City issued communication device operated by Mayor Ester Manheimer and Councilman Keith Young. Please also include all information available from their phone’s contact list.

2. Please provide all incoming and sent emails on a city managed account by Mayor Ester Manheimer, Councilman Keith Young, Police Chief David Zach, and Asheville Schools Superintendent Dr. Denise Patterson that are specific to removing School Resource Officers from Asheville Schools

3. Calendar events for the electronic schedules of Mayor Ester Manheimer, Councilman Keith Young, Chief David Zach, and Asheville Schools Superintendent Dr. Denise Patterson concerning meetings or events to discuss School Resource Officers.

4. The minutes from any such event discussed in item #3.

5. The Memorandum of Understanding concerning the governance of School Resource Officers.

Additionally, for items #1 and #4, please clarify to which entity those items should be addressed.

Whenever the request has been resubmitted, it will be treated as two separate requests – One sent to City of Asheville, NC Government, and one to Asheville, City Schools for their respective portions of the request.
