Please provide a list of all APD employees who took extra duty shifts for 2X their salary, during the specific date range of April 17 through May 14, 2021.

Please break this list down by date / duration that the 2X shifts were taken, and please include the name of the employee, unit number, and hourly salary.

    Good morning Sunshine Request,
    The hyphen means the name is the same as above. As mentioned in my previous email, this system does not record a unit number nor does it contain salary information, therefore there is no record responsive to those portions. However, these officers work 40 hours a week and therefore you can calculate the hourly rate based on their annual salary as posted in open data portal. Our HR system cannot do a point in time export of the information you have asked for to create a new record, and there is no other already existing record.

    In addition to what I outlined in my previous email, I also noticed that the employee hourly salary during those periods of time has not been provided either. As a reminder, this request asked for:

     

    “Please provide a list of all APD employees who took extra duty shifts for 2X their salary, during the specific date range of April 17 through May 14, 2021.

     

    Please break this list down by date / duration that the 2X shifts were taken, and please include the name of the employee, unit number, and hourly salary.”
