Editor’s Note 11/15/22: Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention regarding the following request:

Recently, while working to fulfill the request we mistakenly referenced an older request # PRR-106-2021, which actually relates to our request for “ACES Program” info from August 2021. We marked that request as “Denied” on our website in January 2022 when we didn’t receive a reply from Guilford County Schools. Good news! Jose’s recent reply does satisfy the August 2021 request below. Therefore, we can now mark it as “Completed”. You can see the responsive records at the following URL:

We have Reopened the November 2022 request # PRR-152-2022, and will continue to follow up with Jose and Guilford County Schools to get it resolved.
