    Because Dillsboro is not in the scope of this project, other than notices of public meetings that were sent to all public entities, I have had no direct emails with DOT concerning this project. I will schedule a time on Wednesday to do a search of my email account to verify this. I am the only employee for the town of Dillsboro and work on a part-time basis for 20 – 24 hours per week. Answering broad public records requests is very time consuming and these requests take longer to process than for larger municipalities with several employees.
