Hello Transylvania County, NC Government,
I'd like to make a public records request for the following information:
Please provide the total number of disciplinary actions for each level of employee discipline over the last 5 years [prior to Sept. 02, 2020] for each Department within the County.
Please break this down by Department and by the different disciplinary actions per Department. I am not requesting names of employees receiving discipline, only a number.

Please confirm receipt to let us know the request will begin processing, and if possible, please provide a rough estimate of when the request may be completed.
