    Good afternoon Aaron,

Thank you for your help and for taking the screenshots! There are 46 total attachments on your last email, 23 are screenshots and then the other 23 are .msg files. I just wanted to clarify to be sure, but the 23 screenshots are the documents that pertain to this request, and then the other 23 .msg files are just duplicates, correct?

Once you confirm I can go ahead and mark this as completed.

    Appreciate you!

    Hello Sunshine Requests,

I have taken a screenshot of each of the email messages and saved them as PDFs.

Please let me know if this works. Everything is attached.

I am going to have to convert them to PDFs individually as I haven’t found a way to do it as a batch.

Not sure how long this will take. I have started working on it.

    Good afternoon Aaron,

I do not have Microsoft Outlook – sorry! We’ve run into this with other record requests through different governments over the years and there should be a way to convert the files to PDF.

    Appreciate your help.

Do you have Microsoft Outlook? That’s what the files are from.

    Good afternoon Aaron,

Thank you for sending this over!

Unfortunately, I am not able to open the files in the current format they’re in. Could you please convert these .msg files to .pdf? I tried to do so on my own to no avail.

    Appreciate your help.
