I’d like to make a public records request for information that may be available in your office.
Please confirm receipt to let me know the request will begin processing, and if possible, please provide a rough estimate of when the request may be completed. I will plan on following up again in early October if I have not heard back before then.

I’d like to make a multi-part public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law:
A) Please provide the current number of vacancies at the Buncombe County Detention Facility, as of the date that this query is performed.
B) Please provide a list of all Detention and Courts Bureau employees who have terminated employment, resigned, or were separated from those departments from January 01, 2021 through September 24, 2021 (or as of the date the query is performed).
Please include:
– Employee name
– Title / Position at the time of separation, resignation, or termination
– Reason for separation, resignation, or termination
