Hello City of Asheville, NC Government (Records Officer),

I’d like to make a multi-part public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law:


A. If one exists -- Please provide the City of Asheville’s policy (or policies) regarding employment of spouses within the City, and within departments.

B. Additionally -- If one exists… Please provide the Asheville Police Department’s policy specifically, as relates to the department’s employment of spouses
