(September 2022) Multi-part request for City of Asheville, NC Government: August 15 Community Reparations Commission meeting, “speaking engagement expenses” 01/01/22 – 09/07/22 (or present day)

Hello City of Asheville, NC Government (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a multi-part public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law.

Related to Kamm Howard’s speaking engagement expenses for the following event: https://www.ashevillenc.gov/news/city-of-asheville-and-buncombe-county-community-reparations-commission-meeting-august-15-2022/

A. Please provide an itemized listing of any/all public funds used for covering expenses or other considerations associated with Kamm Howard's visit to Asheville to speak at the August 15 Community Reparations Commission meeting.

For example: Speaking engagement fees, travel expenses for Mr. Howard and any persons traveling with him at local government expense, transportation, boarding and accommodations, meals and entertainment expenses. Entertainment expense details should include the names of all persons for whom expenses were covered with public funds, and notes as to why their expenses were covered.

B. Please also include information about where these expenses were budgeted and booked.

C. Please also include details of any funds that were distributed to non-government organizations to support or engage with Mr. Howard's visit.

D. Please include note of any expenses associated with this speaking engagement that have not yet been submitted for payment or booked.

For all items above – The responsive info requested should include the specific time period of 01/01/2022 through 09/07/2022 (or present day).
