(September 2022) Multi-part request for City of Asheville, NC Government: Related to [remote] meeting facilitation of 09/27/22 Public Safety Committee. Employee names, personnel files, SMS texts, Google chat history on 09/27/22.

Hello City of Asheville, NC Government (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a multi-part public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law.

Related to the September 27, 2022 Public Safety Committee (PSC) Meeting.

A. Please provide the Employee Names and publicly available Personnel Files, of ALL employees who were tasked with supporting the call-ins, managing the phone system, or as support for the IT required for the remote meeting.

B. Please provide all SMS text messages Sent and Received by those Employees on 09/27/22, specifically – as pertains to the PSC committee meeting held on 09/27/22 (same day).

C. Please provide the Google chat history on the same Employees’ associated accounts on 09/27/22, specifically – as pertains to the PSC committee meeting held on 09/27/22 (same day).

For all items above -- I am not requesting to come in person to inspect, nor to obtain printed copies of, electronic records. In accordance with NC Public Records Law, I’m requesting explicitly that all responsive records be provided via an electronic medium / format (in which the records should already exist), such as an email, file share, google drive folder, mailed flash drive if necessary, etc.
