(September 2022) Request for Burke County, NC Government: All current employee salaries as of present day

Hello Burke County, NC Government (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law.
Ref: https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html

Please provide Employee Names and Salaries for ALL current Burke County Gov. employees. As of present day (date the query is performed). Please include the following:

- Employee Name
- Position / Title / Department
- Date of Hire
- Current salary

Ideally, I’d like to receive the responsive records in an Excel format, if possible.

If any / all of this info is already publicly available online, please provide a link to where it can be accessed.

    The compensation of “work against” (employees who are not yet fully qualified for the job title for which they were hired, and are therefore compensated in a lower salary range until they become fully qualified) does not pull on our reports, and this is why you will see compensation as blank for some employees.. If that information is imperative, please let me know.
