Good afternoon Cody, Roger, Wes, Chanell, (or Records Officer / Custodian(s) of these Records),
Please reply promptly to the following public records request, which I’m making in accordance with NC Public Records Law. https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html
The type of salary data I’m requesting is widely considered a matter of public record as part of the public personnel file of employees. You’ve also fulfilled a similar request like this for me before.
Regarding Catawba Valley Community College employee salaries for 2023 – 2024:
A. Please provide all CVCC employee / faculty / staff salaries, covering the specific time period of January 01, 2023 through September 10, 2024. This request should also include a list of any positions that may currently be vacant (** please indicate the name of Employee who served in the position last).
I would like for the report to please include the following:
1) Name of employee
2) Original hire date
3) Current department
4) Current position
5) Current salary (base)
If it makes sense to break this report down by year, please do so. Ideally, I’d like to receive the responsive records in an Excel or other machine-readable format.
B. As a separate document, I would also like to request the current Organizational Structure / Chart for Catawba Valley Community College, showing department / reporting structure.

I’m NOT asking for the opportunity to come in person to "inspect", nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record.
